Plums, violets, exotic pepper, and bouquet garni notes all emerge from the 2017 Crozes Hermitage, which comes from a variety of soils and was brought up in a mix of tank and barrel. Medium-bodied, nicely concentrated, and balanced, it's another total charmer from 2017 that's ideal for drinking over the coming 6-7 years.
