Jumilla is a hot, dry wine growing region in southern Spain on the border between the provinces of Castilla-La Mancha and Murcia. Jumilla's calling card is the Monastrell grape (aka Mourvedre), which does well in the arid climate and produces primarily full-bodied, fruit driven red wines. Great with chorizo!
