Köfererhof

Available exclusively at Marquis Wine Cellars, Köfererhof is one of South Tyrol’s oldest wineries, with roots dating back to 976. This family-run estate farms just 6 hectares of terraced vineyards in Valle Isarco, between 650 and 700 metres above sea level. The harsh alpine climate, mineral-rich soils, and steep slopes produce white wines with vibrant acidity, purity, and unmistakable character.

Günther and Gaby Kerschbaumer lead the winery with a hands-on approach, focusing entirely on white varietals. Grapes are picked by hand and vinified with precision to preserve freshness and express the unique qualities of each site. Standouts include Kerner, Sylvaner, Grüner Veltliner, and Riesling, all known for their clarity, structure, and lift.
