Albarino

Albariño is a white grape variety native to Galicia, Spain. It's also known as Alvarinho in Portugal's Vinho verde region. Although the best Albariño grapes are sourced from the Galician DOC of Rias Baixas, new plantings are popping up globally. Highly aromatic and filled with flavours of white stone fruit, apricots, and almonds, Albariño features high acidity, refreshing lime flavours, and a subtle salinity. Pair with ceviche, fish tacos, and basically any type of seafood.
