Blanc de Blancs. Grower Champagne. This is a focused and mineral laden style with a bit of cream, butter pastry, white fleshed peach, citrus, and early spring flowers. The palate is light with moderate acidity and a flavor set of clean minerality, bosc pear, lemon, white flowers and just there pastry notes. D&M Tasting Notes

Lydien is the most expressive of Régnault's cuvées and is characterized by its openness and energy.

Sourced from the Le Chemin de Flavigny in Oger with a southern exposition. Vineyards were planted in the 1950s and 1980s. From two parcels at .25 hectares each. Soil is thin, well-structured topsoil with lumpy with clovers as cover crops, with a subsoil of very pure and compacted chalk.
