Champagne Paul Bara 2016 L'Audacieuse 750ml

A unique blanc de blancs combining the delivery of the Chardonnay grape and the depth of the Bouzy Terroir.  This champagne has a bright rob that is intense with greens tints around the edge.  The nose is rich and fresh with aromas of lemon, mimosa, honey and bread all making an appearance.  The palate is full bodied but silky at the same time with cherry and quince flavours.
