Unsworth 2024 Rose 750ml

This BC rosé blends fruit from Fraser Valley's Damm Vineyard, Sannich Peninsula's Sunnydale Vineyard, as well as a few vineyards across Cowichan. This pale rosé was direct press after a short skin contact, fermented and rested for 4ish months in stainless prior to bottling. Tart wild strawberries, rhubarb, tangerine is lit with a racy pink grapefruit acidity and lined with a fine bed of lactic lees, trailing off into stony spice. Crisp and brisk and ready to crack into now.
