A blend of the Kootenays and the Gulf Islands, this perry is pressed from heirloom Creston pears fermented on juicy Ortega grape skins from Sea Star Winery on Pender Island. The pears were harvested from a 120-year-old orchard that a family member has been helping caretake in the Creston Valley. Lush notes of grapefruit, lychee, elderflower. Secondary in-bottle fermentation for natural bubble, 2023 harvest, 7.5% ABV, 750 ml.
