Syrah, Grenache, Alicante
Cherries and chocolate with a chock of hazelnut skin and coffee-bean bitter texture. Praline sweetness sifting between molé richness and deep, dark, growling, purring intensity. The tannins feel like ink dust and rain, running like liana-vine veins, sky to deep earth, soaking in the scuffed-silk depth of spilled bruised-plum fruit. It has incredible density and concentration at its core, but ripples out towards freshness and elegance.
