Tenuta Boca di Lupo 2022 Pietrabianca Chardonnay 750ml

The 2022 Chardonnay Pietrabianca Castel del Monte opens with a lovely bouquet of white flowers, crushed apples, vanilla bean and mint. This is round and soothing, with a lovely inner sweetness and citrus-tinged acidity that reverberate throughout. Saline minerals form toward the close. The 2022 finishes clean and vibrantly fresh. A green apple twang puckers the cheeks and keeps me looking back to the glass. This no-frills Chardonnay excels with its balance and sheer drinkability.
