The grapes for this wine were hand selected from our vineyards in Osoyoos, the Okanagan valley. The grapes were fermented in open stainless steel tank to round up the wine and maintain the purity of the Pinot Noir taste. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 14 months. Tasting Note: A lively, complex and food friendly wine, with notes of black cherry, vanilla and blueberry. Recommended drinking: 2023-2028
