Solvero 2025 Pinot Gris 750ml

Our 2025 Pinot Gris was harvested from Kozuki Family Vineyards and Happy Valley Vineyard at the end of September. The grapes were hand harvested across five picks at optimal ripeness and fermented individually. Each block was gently whole cluster pressed to release a lower volume of juice with a high degree of clarity and concentration. The fermentations were a mix of spontaneous and pitched yeast and kept relatively cool between 12-16C, extending over a 2-3 week period until dryness. The wine was aged in a mixture of stainless steel and neutral French oak barrels for 3 months prior to bottling.
