Solmano Espadin Con Mango Mezcal 750ml

This is a new brand created by two friends from Edmonton. Alex and the team from Bev Collective brought them down to Mexico and introduced them to a couple of producers to help find someone to help them make the dream come true. This is their first product - a Mezcal based on Espadin and macerated with some fresh mango for a little fun. 

This is 100% Maguey Espadin from 7 year old plants. The agave is ground with a traditional tahona (large stone wheel), and the Mezcal was double distilled in copper pot stills. Fresh mango is also added during distillation. The mango really comes through on the nose, and then on the palate it delivers more classic vegetal notes with a touch of smoke.
