Sheridan Vineyards 2018 Yakima Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml

The base 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon comes all from the estate in the Yakima Valley. Its deep purple/plum color is followed by lots plum and blueberry fruits as well as notes of lavender, violets, and sagebrush. This rich, medium to full-bodied, sweetly fruited Cabernet has a nice spine of acidity, ripe, present tannins, and a great finish. It’s going to keep for over a decade.
