Grapes come our organically and regeneratively farmed Scout Vineyard in the Similkameen Valley, and Kozier Vineyard, an organic vineyard in Naramata. Wild fermented on the skins for 21 days in open vats and qvevris. Pressed off into neutral barrels where they sat untouched to age for 22 months. 15 PPM total sulphur added. Unfined, Unfiltered. Spicy, rustic tannins meet wild strawberry, tangerine peel, dried tomatoes and tea leaf.
