This is a lighter-style (11% ABV) Tempranillo from Castilla-Leon that pairs well with sandwiches, pizza, grilled meats, polenta, and nachos. Candied cherry and vanilla on the nose, more of the same on the palate, followed by hints of smokey meat and pepper. Light, clean, and totally fun as a weekday take-out wine.
