This organically farmed albariño comes off two sites in Spain's Costers del Segre DO. It was primarily fermented in stainless, with a small portion seeing time in wood during its 10 months rest, with regular bâtonnage. White peach, star fruit, apricot fills a juicy palate, with a pithy tangerine twist on the finish to close off. Simple, fresh, and fun, you can crack this with fragrant curries easily.
