Phantom Creek 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml

Hard not to see cabernet sauvignon as residing at the apex and acting as the alpha in the Phantom Creek portfolio of big, beautiful, stylish and luxe varietal reds. The vintage is key to this positioning and there may not be a finer set of tannins available in any of the other wines. This screams, aches and oozes cabernet sauvignon in the most South Okanagan of ways. Darkest of fruit, lush, suave and with perfectly controlled power. Sweetness of acids, varietal correctness to the nth degree, liquid gold cocoa and tempered chocolate excellence, drive and trenchant desire. Expensive, it knows it and backs it up. Drink 2024-2034.
