This lively bubbly was crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from two unique terroirs; Secrest Mountain Vineyard in Oliver and Watkins Family Vineyard in Summerland. Secondary fermentation took place in our state-of-the-art charmat tanks; designed to lie on their sides exactly like a bottle on triage. Toasty, creamy notes round out the medium bodied mouthfeel.
