Made from Auxerrois and Chardonnay grown in Naramata, this wine was fermented in concrete, stainless steel and large barrels for complexity and palate enhancement while retaining freshness. It was then placed in charmat tanks for secondary fermentation for 90 days (hence the name XC). A bright bouquet of strawberry, rasberry and white peach with a chalky minerality leads into a crisp, dry palate showcasing sun-kissed Okanagan apple, candied rhubarb and pink lemonade. A mouth-watering lemon-lime finish balances perfectly with the delicate mousse of this subtly bubbly rosé. Serve anywhere, anytime well chilled.
