Our Cabernet Merlot is a blend of fruit from vineyards in Osoyoos, Black Sage Bench, and South Cawston. These areas impart their distinctive stamp on the finished wine, which showcases aromas and flavours of plum, blackberries, lavender, and mocha. Medium/full-bodied, this will be an ideal match for braised or grilled red meats.
