The Mario Marengo 2020 Nebbiolo d'Alba "Vigna Valmaggiore" offers a complex bouquet of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and raspberries, combined with floral aromas of violets and hints of spices and leather. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with firm tannins and bright acidity, delivering flavors of red and black fruits, dried herbs, and tobacco. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a pleasant sensation of dark chocolate and black cherries.
