The 2020 Syrah (Central Coast) is bright, punchy and explosive, with striking aromatic intensity and plenty of blue/purplish fruit. The combination of cool-climate sites in a warm year works so well. Hints of lavender, spice and menthol linger. I very much like the energy here.
