For this Cuarzo, Koyle buys grapes in the Paredones area, from a vineyard about ten kilometers from the sea, in the westernmost part of the Colchagua Valley. 90% of the wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel, and the rest, in cement eggs. A very good example of the variety in a cool year, this one has a pronounced herbal note that gradually gives way to fruity aromas and flavors. The acidity accompanies it and takes the lead, and light-to-medium body has good creaminess.
