This wine comes from the famed Juno Block just up the road from Sage Hills in Summerland. A blend of 40% whole cluster Pinot Noir was fermented in 60% destemmed Pinot Gris. The wine was pumped over daily for a week before being pressed into stainless for 3 months. Then racked to neutral barrel off lees for 6 months before bottling with no added SO2. Cranberry and Pomegranate with some texture.
