Hacienda Araucano 2021 Clo de Lolol Organic Blanco 750ml

The 2021 CLO de Lolol White is a blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Chardonnay from their best plot, depending on the year, dominated by the aromatics of Sauvignon. It fermented 50/50 in barrel and amphorae with the idea to obtain a white in the style of a Pessac-Leognac. It has good ripeness, 13.5% alcohol and a dry and serious mouthfeel. It's also balsamic, spicy and somehow medicinal, balanced and fresh.
