Enoitalia 2021 Si Soave 750ml

It's hard not to notice this beautiful curved bottle on the shelves with its very “Italian” modern design. But, whatever the container, it’s the content that matters. And in this case, the content is really good. It is not a complex or very deep wine, but in style, it is very successful and very charming. Pure and invigorating, this dry white wine bears the Soave appellation; an appellation located in the northeast of Italy in Veneto. Quite discreet on the nose, the wine releases subtle aromas evoking orange zest, pear, honey and lime blossom, accompanied by floral and mineral notes. The acidity is discreet and the texture pleasantly velvety. An Italian white with clean flavors, good length, and which stands out for its completely digestible and festive profile. A great reference for the appellation.
