Else Wines 2022 Merlot 750ml

Merlot! This is a fruity, juicy little number. After a wee shock at the price of organic Merlot this year (although growers deserve to be paid even more...) a bit of Pinot Blanc juice was added to enhance the fun and to keep the price of bottle at a reasonable number :)

85% Merlot, 15% Pinot Blanc

wild yeast fermentation

seven days on skins

aged in stainless steel

minimal sulphites added

12.4% alc
