Domaine Servin 2023 Chablis "Les Forets" 1er Cru 750ml

Appellation: Chablis 1er Cru Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

A more reserved nose makes clear that this could be from nowhere else but Chablis with its aromas of mineral reduction, green apple, tidal pool, iodine and a plethora of citrus elements. The rich and quite generously proportioned middle weight flavors possess a bit more volume while retaining good punch that carries over to the equally palate soaking finale that could also use better depth. Note that this should drink well early if desired.
