Smoky aromas of gun flint, apple, petrol and better overall typicity leads to sleeker and more focused middle weight flavors that exude a subtle minerality on the sappy, lingering and more complex finale. This is quite good and while there is a touch of rusticity, it's not enough to really detract from the overall impression.
