Domaine Servin 2022 Chablis "Vaillons" 1er Cru 750ml

An exuberantly floral-suffused nose reflects additional notes of lemon zest, white pepper and oyster shell. The round, fleshy and caressing medium weight flavors exude a bracing salinity on the moderately dry finish that is shaped by citrus-tinged acidity. This could use better depth so a few years of keeping should prove beneficial.
