Domaine Parlange & Illouz 2022 Vin de France "La Piece" 750ml

A dedicated and demanding winemaker, Jérémie Illouz works wonders on the high terroirs of Cahors . His natural wines are deep and mineral. Capable of aging for many years, they are incredibly delicious in their youth.

The "La Pièce" cuvée is a pure Malbec from vines planted on the beautiful terroirs of the limestone plateau. The wine is vinified in vats with a proportion of whole bunches and without additives. Aging continues in old barrels.

The 2022 Pièce : The nose is pleasant, with notes of wild blackberries, spices, and menthol. The palate is supple, rich, and juicy. The tannins are fine, and the finish is fresh and mineral. A superb vintage.
