“The 2022 Chablis Grenouilles Grand Cru is aged for 20 months in stainless steel like the Premier Crus.  You would actually think that there was a bit of wood contact on the nose: hints of praline and chai, fine delineation and mineralite.   The palate is well balance with a fine bead of acidity, fresh and vibrant with a sapid finish.  I appreciate the strictness and linearity of this Grenouilles, something that you do not always find within this Grand Cru.”
