Domaine Chopin 2022 Chambolle Musigny 750ml

Domaine Chopin is located in Comblanchien, in the extreme south of the Côte de Nuits and has been a family business for six generations. Arnaud and his brother Alban currently manage this special winery. What is special is that they sell hectares of vineyards in order to be able to buy back smaller but much better plots. As in this case. They naturally did not let the opportunity to buy a small plot in Chambolle Musigny pass them by. The village just north of Nuits Saint Georges produces somewhat more subtle wines.

Full aroma of red fruit and herbs. The attack is subtle with a light sourness. Aftertaste on the other hand powerful with lots of thick juicy fruit but refined.

Delicious with rich poultry such as pheasant or partridge. But also goes very well with a soft vegetable dish.
