Multi-faceted in style, with quite a savoury, herbal expression initially, giving way to red currant and rhubarb notes over time. A lively, medium bodied Gamay with a tightly knit tannic structure. Serve slightly chilled and decant a good half and hour before serving to allow the fruit to shine through.
