The 2017 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is plush, dark and enveloping. Black cherry, plum, chocolate, leather, licorice and cloves give the 2017 a decidedly dark, somber profile. I would give the 2017 a year or two in bottle at least, as it needs time to shed some of its considerable baby fat. This is an especially rich, concentrated style.
