Made from the Lambrusco Grasparossa grape variety, this sparkling rosé from Lambrusco experts Cleto Chiarli has an appealing aroma of late-season strawberries and raspberries, with a creamy mouthful of cherry, blood orange and strawberry. The mousse is frothy but not aggressive, and there's some residual sugar to round things out. Overall, a generous and enjoyable glass of fizz.
