LOCATION: Vineyards are located in the Region of Epernay (Moussy, Pierry, Epernay, Cramant, Chatillon-sur-Marne, and la Chapelle-Montaudon on the western side of the Valley). Average vineyard age: 50 years.
TASTING NOTES: Plain rosé color. Quince and ripe fruit nose. Nice acidity due to the lack of malolactic fermentation. Freshness and nice balance with refined aromas of Morello cherry.
FOOD PAIRING: Aperitif or with an apple pie.

We use Canada Post for the majority of deliveries and a courier for those nearest our location. If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts delivery of your package, they will leave a note with the nearest pickup location. We cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep because there is an age check requirement (19+) for alcohol. Packages shipped to downtown Vancouver may arrive the same day or next day depending on time of order. Order cut-off is generally 12pm on a best-efforts basis. We will contact you if we require more information to set up delivery.
