Castiglion del Bosco 2014 Prima Pietra 750ml

The 2014 Prima Pietra is 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc and 10% Petit Verdot from a vineyard site in Riparbella on the northern side of the Tuscan Coast. Each grape is vinified separately in either stainless steel or cement tanks before the final blend is made. The bouquet offers distinctively Cabernet-like aromas with dark fruit and spicy herbs or cola at the back. Otherwise, the wine is contemporary and bold with good structure and texture.
