In the cellar, things get interesting, as they implement red wine techniques that involve leaving the wine in contact with the skins. This is achieved through a submerged cap, which allows for extraction and richness without oxidation. It is worth noting that this does not incorporate an orange or natural-slanting aesthetic, but rather a richness and purity of texture that comes across in the final wine.
