Camille Giroud 2021 Mercurey Blanc 750ml

Cool and airy aromas include those of essence of pear, lemon rind and a hint of mineral reduction. Curiously, the mid-palate isn't quite as dense though there is good vibrancy to the flavors that conclude in a moderately austere and slightly lean finale. This is perfectly good even though the balance isn't as dialed in as it could be.
