The 2021 Pinot Noir Ryan Vineyard hails from 1998 plantings with tighter spacing than their old-vine counterparts, producing one of the more dramatic and decadent wines in the lineup. Distinctively alpine aromas of spearmint and dried sage are woven with black fruits and cola accents. The palate is simultaneously the most concentrated and lifted of the Pinot Noir selections, closing with a long, layered finish that brings together persistent yet precise tannins, bracing acidity and a firm, sturdy core of fruit.
