It’s been a couple of years, but the next release of Blue Mountain sauvignon is another winner. Stylish, restrained, and flavourful, it will delight you with its lemon and gooseberry front end, and the textured, leesy, herbal underscore that finishes with firm, clean, fresh acidity. Restrained, structured, and balanced, you can’t ask for much more with a sauvignon blanc, except for a bucket of oysters.
