Billaud-Simon 2023 Chablis 750ml

A ripe mix of Granny Smith apple, lemon rind and tidal pool nuances is attractively fresh and bright. There is good volume and mid-palate concentration to the more attractively textured medium-bodied flavors that possess an enveloping mouthfeel, all wrapped in a nicely long if not especially dry finale. Fine quality for its level and worth a look.
