Sourced from 10 parcels of young vines scattered around the village of La Chapelle-Vaupelteigne, Bessin-Tremblay’s 2022 Chablis is open-knit and soars from the glass with scents of peach, pastries and dried white flowers. Medium-bodied and racy, its fruit is beautifully balanced with the acidity and serves as a fine introduction to the estate. Like the old-vine bottling, it is vinified entirely in steel.
