Benjamin Leroux 2021 Pommard "Rugiens Hauts" 1er Cru 750ml

A cool, airy and pretty nose is not quite as spicy but it's earthier with its aromas of essence of red currant and rose petal. Once again there is excellent detail and intensity on the equally mineral-driven flavors that aren't especially dense, but they are beautifully refined thanks to the fine-grained tannins shaping the moderately austere, firm and ageworthy finish. This is also really quite lovely.
