VINEYARDS: Are scattered throughout the region of Naoussa at an altitude of 150 – 600m and the average age of vines is 30y.o. All are certified organic and biodynamic practices are being applied.
VINIFICATION: Harvest 19th of September to the 10th of October. Maceration lasted for 25 days and fermentation occurred with indigenous yeasts and was completed after 1-2 months.
OAK MATURATION: 14 months,
20% new oak barrels (500lt).
TASTING PROFILE: Aromas of red and black fruits, herbs and elegant earthy notes. On the palate the acidity is pronounced with robust but silky tannic structure. The aftertaste is long and complex.
