Sauvignon Blanc (30%), Chardonnay Musqué (27%), Muscat (20%), Semillon (15%), Viognier (7%), and Grüner Veltliner (1%). Hand harvested grapes from Vantage Point, Kaleden, Malhi Farm (Oliver) and Goltz Vineyards (Cawston) were fermented spontaneously and separately on their skins. Some in open top fermenters, some concrete, and some stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation allowed to occur naturally. Aged seven months in new (12%), 2nd fill (44%) and neutral (44%) barrels (59%), Kvevri (26%) and concrete (15%). Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Lush fruit consisting of pineapple, apple and pear pith. Textured fruit of white flowers and cantaloupe weave through the palate, ending with streamline acid and a piecrust funk.
