Alban 2018 Forsythe Vineyard The Mason 750ml

A blend of 60% Syrah and 40% Mourvèdre, the 2018 The Mason offers youthful blueberries and blackberries with touches of powdered sugar and cracked pepper, taking plenty of time to unfold in the glass. Medium-bodied, it's lighter on its feet than the nose would lead you to believe, with finely grained tannins, rounded acidity and savory nuances just beginning to peak through its generous fruits on the long finish. Offer it plenty of time to continue to unwind in bottle.
