Can I send a wine club package as a gift?
Marquis Wines offers premium wine gifts that are just right for any occasion. We even allow you to customize a digital gift letter for the receiver when sending a Marquis Wines gift package.
How will the billing work?
When you subscribe to the best wine club in BC, you will do so online. Once you create a profile, you will add a credit/debit card for billing. Conveniently, your credit card will be billed automatically on the 20th of each month for the duration of the period you subscribed.
Members pay in advance for their shipments. For example, you will pay for July's shipment on June 20th.

Can I suspend or cancel my wine club membership at any time?
The best wine club in BC (Marquis Wine Club) offers two options for customers who wish to end their memberships. If you want to stop your membership temporarily, you may suspend your at any time without penalty. You may also cancel your membership if you wish to terminate it permanently.
To suspend your membership without penalty, you'll need to login to your Marquis Wine Club account before the 20th of the month before the month you wish to suspend your membership. For example, to suspend your shipment for September 15, you would need to suspend your membership by no later than August 19.
You may also choose to cancel your membership outright without penalty. To avoid a penalty when cancelling your subscription, you would need to cancel your membership no later than the 19th of the month before you receive your shipment. For example, to cancel your membership starting February 15 and beyond, you would need to cancel no later than January 19.
