The Glenturret Triple Wood (2023 Release) is from the latest selection of annual limited edition Scotch whiskies the Highland distillery puts together. The name, as you probably guessed, is a reference to how it was aged, in a trio of different cask types: American oak, European oak, and sherry casks.
Nose Floral honey, citrus peel, sultana, and ginger spice.
Palate Vanilla and honey lead with more chewy spice and dried fruit in support.
Finish Citrusy and sweet.
